Study: Genome sequencing of Helicobacter and Campylobacter species isolated from rodents
show Abstracthide Abstract
Genome sequences of unnamed and named Helicobacter and Campylobacter species sequenced at MIT. Isolates come from various hosts including mice, hamsters, cotton-top tamarins, marmosets, sheep, pig, rats and wild mice. Named species of Helicobacter include H. sanguini, H. apodemus, H. muridarum, H. magdeburgensis, H. typhlonius, H. bilis (ATCC 51630), H. bilis (Missouri), H. bilis (taxon 2, ATCC 49314), H. bilis (taxon 3, ATCC 49320), H. trogontum (taxon 4, ATCC 49310) and H. trogontum (taxon 6, ATCC 700114).
